Is your_order_**@orders.apple.*** a real Apple email? I purchased a Mac and was sent an email from this address afterwards. The product is still being processed after days and no money has been taken from my bank account. Is this email a scam address?

It is similar to an address used by Apple with my recent orders.
The item will stay at the “processing” stage until it nears the anticipated Arrival date. Then it will change to “preparing to ship” to “shipped”. At that time Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date, and tracking information. Also at that time, your method of payment will be charged.
Is this email a scam address?
