Go System Preferences >> Software Updates and Disable All things ticked >> icon lower Right called Advance - click it and untick all item there too.
Do understand - until you purposely search for updates on anything Apple - you will not receive any updates to anything

Okay thanks, but this new OsBig Sur is really giving me issues, my systems goes blank after and comes on itself for a few seconds and also finding it hard to download some certain things ..
