My Icloud ID is locked

i have an id with **@scope.org.pk and on icloud all my phone data is present in this id. My iphone 7 plus was disables so i logged in on icloud with this id, password was remembered by the computer and i accessed my data.


However after couple of hours i tried to logged in again but failed as this email (***@scope.org.pk) is no more in my use a how i can access to apple ID


I tried to change the email and password and somehow i created another ID (***@gmail.com) but icloud shows it as another ID and I have no phone data on this


meanwhile due to repeated attempt, ***@scope.org.pk id is locked


please advise me how i access this cloud id to access my data

App Store and iTunes


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'



Apple ID


If you can't unlock your Apple ID


If you use security questions with your Apple ID, or if you don't have access to a trusted device or phone number, go to iforgot.apple.com. Then you can unlock your account with your existing password or reset your password.


If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support



Apple Cash


If your account is restricted, you can still transfer your Apple Cash balance to your bank or use it to make purchases in stores, within apps, and on the web. If your account is locked, you can't use Apple Cash to make purchases; add, send and receive money; or transfer the money in your account.
