recording 60fps

how to record 1080p 60fps on ipad 8th generation , it capabe to record but doesnt record

As per these techincal specs, that iPad CANNOT record videos at 1080P 60fps (only at 30fps):--> https://support.apple.com/kb/SP822?locale=en_US
