Iphone 12 getting hot

So, back in December, I bought myself an iPhone 12, and everything was fine up until about mid-January it started getting super hot during any kind of use and charging. Does anyone know what it might be? thanks

iPhone 11 gets Hot!! When charging and using my phone it gets super hot. Also while just using my phone it gets super hot. Like burns my fingers. Does this mean I need to get a new phone? There is literally nothing wrong with this one expect that!

It's normal for the device to get warm during charging and heavy use.
