Hello Good afternoon how you doing? Why is my Apple ID saying your purchase could not be completed for assistance contact itunes support I still don’t understand why
Maybe because your payment method was declined:
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If it was decline it would definitely tell me it was decline or probably shows red. But no it’s always saying Your purchase could not be completed while I have money on my card and all details was input correctly, if it was not input correctly it would not accept it I know Apple
