Question regarding my "right" Airpod Pro that came in the mail today
When I spoke to an Apple representative last week they informed me that they were set up and have a new right AirPod sent to my home address, which came in today. They also told me they would put a $97.86 hold on my apple account, they said when I send back bad right AirPod Pro then the hold would be lifted.
My question is I got my right Airpod Pro in the mail today. However, I didn't see anything regarding a return shipping label to send back to bed right AirPod Pro can you look into this for me do I need to send back this bad one.
