Have one Apple ID.
How can I get one Apple ID. I have iCloud and Apple ID. Only want one account

They are only one.
Apple ID is the e-mail that you access everything Apple.
iCloud is one of Apple services that requires an Apple ID to work.
If you have two e-mails for it, two Apple IDs, you can drop one and keep the other, but if you bought apps and services for the one you want to drop, you'll loose them and you'll have to buy/subscribe them for the Apple ID you kept.
