Shared folder empty

I created a couple shared folders on my phone with pictures of my dogs and my kid’s school and whatnot. The issue is, i accidentally logged out my apple id once and when i logged back in.. the folders are rhere but empty.

A couple more i had did download their content but that was maybe 2/10 folders? and i cant seem to be able to get those pictures back. Anyone would know how to fix this?

Hi ne0nmonsta,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with an empty shared album in iCloud Photos.

While it is difficult to speculate why the folder is empty, you should still have access to you photos in your iCloud Photos library. Check out: How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac

"Any photos that you saved or downloaded from a shared album to your Photos library stay in your library even if the shared album is deleted or the person who created it stops sharing it."

If you are certain you are using the same Apple ID, check your library and re-add the photos to the shared album. If you can't find them, check the Recently Deleted folder and iCloud.com from a computer's browser.

Have a fantastic day!
