Iphone 12 not working properly
My iphone is not working correctly and after talking to support i was told to reload the phone but i have lost instructions. Can I get some help?

Well, I’m completely confused. Your initial post said “My iPhone is not working correctly”. Now you say “the phone is in operation”. So if it’s working as you would like, then you’re done. If ‘in operation” means something else, we need details.
This phone has been in operation for several months and things are not working properly. Like i said, I have backed it up to the cloud now do i erase all settings and content? Then does it give me the option to reload once I have erased everything?
How do I do this? I was told to backup from the cloud

Hopefully you were told to restore from a previously created iCloud backup.
That is helpful but the phone is in operation now. I have just backed it up to the cloud, now what do i do? Erase all content or reset all settings?
If you wish to restore your iCloud backup, as the article I linked above indicates, you must start by erasing the iPhone’s content. The above linked article provides all the required steps.
