I don't put any banking information on my computer, regardless. How do I make payment for icloud?

Actually the information isn't on the computer, it's on Apple's servers. If you do not feel safe using those then buy gift cards and deposit them in small amounts to your account to cover charges for whatever period you feel comfortable with. There are also other ways to pay for items in the iTunes and App Stores:
