• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires on" date means the current subscription will just run until then.
• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.
• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document

From what I can tell your trial expires in October and it is offering you the opportunity to subscribe. If you do not subscribe it will end in October and that is it. Note, as I previously indicated, a subscription runs until it ends and then simply does not renew unless it says it will renew. That is why you are not seeing a cancel option. If you must have it end right now then you will have to contact Apple, again as previously posted.
Thanks. This is what normally happens. But in the case of Balance: Meditation case, I wasn't given the option of cancelling the one year free subscription. It still shows as a subscription on my account and this is preventing me from changing my country. To change the location, you need to use up all the remaining app store credit and cancel all the pending subscription.
