please tell me if I delete data from iCloud does it will delete the data from iPhone storage too??

Yes - If Synced with iCloud:
Only if your iPhone has those items synced with iCloud, will it be delete from iPhone storage too. Note that iCloud is a syncing service - thus, once an item is deleted from iCloud, it is no longer accessible. So, download it, prior to disabling iCloud syncing.
How to Disable iCloud Syncing:
- Go Here: Change your iCloud feature settings - Apple Support
- Scroll to: Turn iCloud features on or off
- Select: [the item(s)] to delete (So that it is greyed-out)
