How do I access my contact list on iCloud?
iPhone 6s, iOS 14
On the phone, Settings, Tap on Your Name, Tap iCloud, Make sure Contacts is on (green)
If the iCloud account under your name is not the iCloud account in question you will have to add that account in Settings, Contacts, Accounts, but take care not to have two accounts active.
Try logging into https://www.icloud.com with your Apple ID credentials. There you have contacts.
