You would only be charged for a subscription that you initiated. If it was on a trial then it is the users responsibility to cancel before the end of that period to avoid being charged. If you would now like to cancel then you will need to follow the support document that you came here from, I will post again for reference. Be aware this will only cancel future payments, not issue a refund.
