Use of UPS shipping

I am in the process of sending my IPAD in for a replacement battery.

UPS have given me a box to package it, using a temp. Driver. I do not know if it will be collected or I need to send it somewhere ? The driver did not know.

Still waiting for repair ID.

The first thing I did was to try to speak to someone at UPS. All to no avail, & at 78yrs old, I was lost in all the jargon.
