I need a phone with 2 physical nano SIM cards. Not an eSIM and physical. I need 2 separate lines on 1 phone.
Is this only available on international models? Is it possible to get one in the US?
US models do not have dual sim capability. All models sold in the US will have one eSIM, one Nano sim slot.

Their are dual sim adapters sold online like the one below attached. Will us phones work with dual nano sim adapters?
No. Only devices sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau can accept 2 physical SIM cards.
You can have two different numbers on the US models.
