I got a notification on my phone while in the browser that a Trojan virus was detected. And that my phone has been compromised and immediate action is required. It also said that 17% of my phones memeory was damaged. Is this real? I have a screenshot

No, all such messages are scams from criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
