I do not have Digital Touch on my iPhone 12 [IGNORE POST]

Briefly, tapping on "... More" brings up only a few options. (See screenshot).

I have read the Apple support page and the various threads here, and to the best of my knowledge, I have all of the options in Messages turned on.

How do I enable this feature?
