Why is ITunes not listed under SETTINGS

I have the same problem with the new HomePods I just purchased. How do I turn off and on auto play with music coming from my iTunes library when I click the HomePod app? I HAVE NOT subscribed to Apple Music.

There is no iTunes.

Music and Podcasts have replaced it.

Ok, but how do I turn off auto play? As soon as I tap my Music App, it starts playing a tune. Help. How do I stop this?
