I erroneously signed up for a Vimeo Plus membership when I was streaming a local opera performance on my I-Pad. I thought I was paying for the opera performance, and now find a $90.93 charge on my Visa card. I cannot reach anyone at Vimeo

I signed up for an App that I thought was a ticket to stream an opera performance...Vimeo. This is an app used for content creation. My Visa card was charged for $90.93 on 1/15. Now Vimeo says it is too late to cancel membership/subscription...past 30 days. I just received Visa bill due freeze in Texas and and delayed mail.

Can you please help me to get a refund for this product/service that I did not intend to purchase? Thanks
