STIR/SHAKEN

Does anyone know if Apple is going to do anything about the increasing number of robocalls? AT&T is my provider and I am constantly getting calls 8 out of 10 are marketing or foreign scams. My block list is now 10 times larger than my contacts. I have signed up for the do not call registry and Installed and tested several apps to no avail. The STIR/SHAKEN framework is supposed to solve some of this problem but it's not due to take effect until June 2021.

I have changed numbers and it still happens. I have even listened to some of the calls to see if they have a remove option but I still get the annoying "Auto Warranty renew" and "Life Insurance renewal" calls. Now I even get calls from legitimate people that seem to unknowingly been hijacked. I learned this by calling back some people that were in my missed call list and asking for them by name and they were shocked and did not understand why I might have received a call from them.
