App Store Payment method
Cant download apps, My Iphone said "Your SIM card balance is not hign enough to make purchases, please increase your balance or provide a new payment method" even the app is free

The App may be free but you need a valid payment method for Apps to be downloaded, even free apps.
Alternatively, you can choose NONE as a payment method.
If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information
- If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
- If you have a subscription that automatically renews
- If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
- If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
- If you changed your country or region
- If you're a part of Family Sharing
