Mophie 3-1 Wireless Charger blinks and does not charge

Hi

I purchased Mophie 3-1 Wireless charger a couple of months ago, and after 3 months it stopped charging the Airpod Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. But still charges the iWatch.

It's so weird since it sometimes works but almost %90 of the times not working!

Hi Lindsay

I don’t think there are many different ways to connect the charging cable to the base! That’s not the case to be honest, I connect it and looks fine, once I put my airpods case on it, or my iphone it starts charging, but just after a few seconds the light starts blinking and nit charging anymore.

Hey there, Alix,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities! It looks like you have a mophie 3-in-1 wireless charging pad by Zagg, and it frequently will only charge your Apple Watch. We're happy to help!

Zagg actually has a support article on their website regarding this exact issue: Why is my 3-in-1 wireless base only charging Apple Watch? – Welcome to ZAGG Care. Check out their solution below:

"If you try to use your 3-in-1 base and notice that only the Apple Watch charging function is working, double check and ensure that the charging cable is fully inserted into the base. If the barrel connector is not fully inserted into the charging base, charging will not function correctly."

Should you still need help after that, please get in touch with Zagg directly. You can do that here: Contact Us.

Have a wonderful day!

No it’s not a stiff cable, and it is easily connected all the way in with a push. I have tried 100 times. I mentioned I have purchased it a couple of months ago, and I said that it was working fine but out of nowhere it stopped like the way I explained. I have tried different wall socket, different surge protector. But it’s totally moody.
