Can't see the "Battery Health ..." button in battery preferences

Hi.

I have MacOS 11.2.2 but I can't see the "Battery Health ..." button in battery preferences. I`ve got my battery replaced yesterday at authorised service, so maybe it will show itself in some time. Am I right?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Can you do this and post back a Screen Shot.

Go About this Mac >> System Report >> Battery. It should indicate the Details of the Battery including the Name - Maker of the Replacement Battery and the Health and Battery Cycles.

As the Battery needed replacement, it tends to indicate the computer is older - What year is the computer ? I fear either the computer might be too old to offer this Functionality or the Battery replacements is questionable ?

All I am witting is based upon there not being a Malfunction of the UpGrade to Big Sur.

Everything in Picture looks perfect. If computer works all correct and Only Battery Health Not working - It should be in Big Sur.

Try this - How to reset the SMC of your Mac and do 3 times one after the other - Test.

If still not working - there is a Safe App to download ( Use it myself ) that does about the same thing. It is Free for Basic features or Paid for addition Features. It is called coconutBattery 3 I am not affiliated with them and do not get Money from them.

Google Translation below - I speak French, English and some Thai. Only wish could speak more languages.

Here is the screenshot. Again sorry for Czech, I though that changing the language of my computer would be easier, but I`m unable to change that, so I tried at least translate the most important parts.

It is MacBook Air 2017 (bought cca 3 years ago). I though, that this functionality comes with BigSur so that it is not pared with the type of hardware. I did the replacement in an authorized servis and I was told that the battery is original piece from Apple (so that all those things should stay as they were).

How could I detect if there is a malfuction of the upgrade to BigSur? I did upgrade the system, then reinstall it and then went to that servis.

Thanks for the tip ;). I will try it once I have a little bit of spare time. I will then try to put here the results.

Thank you for the translation (but I think I can understand that) :) I think we are on the same ship with the languages - the more languages you speak, the more you can see things from different perspective.
