Dots on camera

These dots are always on my front camera even without lights in the picture and are less visible when in dark. Not present on back camera. They can be seen in every photo app or videos taken as selfie. It’s hard to explain but when zoomimg in, it looks like i’m zooming with the dots “moving”, when i zoom in completly, the dots are not there but when i zoom out completly they are at the same place and size. I tried cleaning it, restarting and reseting phone but it didn’t work. It looks like some inside lens issue. Is there anyone with the same problem? And is there a way to fix it without opening the phone?
