sensitive skin & small wrist

Sensitive to what type of material? It is really up to your preference on what style and material it is made of. I developed some rashes when I was using the original silicone band( flouroelastometer as Apple calls it). Now I am using third party milanese loop (GEOTEL) and stainless steel (iiteeology) bands which I bought from Amazon. So far so good and way cheaper than the original.

Find bands that will allow your skin to breathe and/or absorb any type of perspiration.

Stay away from solid silicone bands.

Look at braided stretch bands, leather bands, stainless steel bands that have some some skin breathe-ability by having spaces/openings in the metal band.

Many people have some skin reaction to silicone against their skin.

So, stay away from silicone based bands if you have a mild or severe skin reactions to silicone.

I am not new to silicone bands since I've been using Swatch watches before and it was the first time that I developed such. Anyway, I hope you find the right one.
