Why can I not ring out on my iPhone this is the second time this has happened I followed instructions on how to make it work again the first time and it worked but the second time I tried it still will not let me call people I need a phone that will ring I have a baby in hospital I need a phone that isn’t going to stop working whenever it pleases.
