I would like to get an Apple Watch, but can I listen to the (offiline) music that I have downloaded on my iPhone on it without the iPhone being nearby or the watch having Cellular connectivity?

I would like to get an Apple Watch, but can I listen to the (offiline) music that I have downloaded on my iPhone on it without the iPhone being nearby or the watch having Cellular connectivity? For example, I want to go for a walk without my phone. Will I be able to listen to music from my watch?
