I found a charge of $4.99 on my credit card and thought it was for the TV on my phone which I do not use and asked for a refund, however I now think it is for my Large TV with Apple TV attached. I do want to keep this account current. Thank you for your help in this matter.

It will be available on any of your devices with the Apple TV app, where you are signed in with that Apple ID account.
