Bumble Premium Membership (lifetime purchase) is not showing in subscriptions

Subscription purchased in-app purchase is not showing up when app is re-downloaded. App personnel state that it should be showing up in subscriptions. It is not. Please advise. Proof of purchase of the membership on 8/20 is in my app purchase history. When I re-download the app, it does not recognize the subscription. I'm using the same apple ID that it was purchased with.
