Files not showing up after upgrading storage

I upgraded my plan to 2 TB and the files are not syncing up to my ipad. Please advise.

Problem with My Files Problem is it is to long Loading and uploading anything to FILES in my all diviese (Macbook Pro, 2 Ipad Pro and in two Iphoes )same thing happinig. I cheked my friend’s mackbook air and Iphone 14 pro is working very good
