Restore Iphone 7
My iPhone is disabled but is saying that I need to update the phone before I can restore it. When I try to update it it says that there isn't enough disk space to update it. How do I adjust that if it is disabled?

Free up space on your computer then follow the steps in this article:
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
If you have a backup you can restore it from that
