Randomizing sequence in playlist

"Shuffle" randomizes the sequence in which songs in any particular playlist are played back. I have two playlists which I will be combining into a playlist 3. Is there a way to randomize the sequence of all the songs in playlist 3, not for playback, but in the list itself - for burning onto a CD? (For Windows 10 on a notebook.)
