A few minutes after changing the password of my online bank branch, when I tried to open it to my phone, it reported that I entered the wrong password, but I am sure that I did not change the password of my phone, after a few attempts, the phone worked again and everything was deleted, only the numbers were left.

It sounds like your iPhone wasn't accepting the device passcode, and now content is missing from your iPhone, is that right?
Prior to this occurring, did your iPhone say it was disabled? If so, did you go through the steps outlined here? If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

Just to confirm, it sounds like you're trying to restore your device from a backup, but your backup password isn't being accepted, correct?
Is this happening when trying to restore both an iCloud backup, as well as a backup from a computer?

I could not remember if I had back up or not.
even for data stored in my iCloud account I couldn’t get it. I can reach my data in iCloud through apple site or any other device.
The system shows a message that the data can be recovered if the password is remembered. I put the password that was on the device, but it is not accepted.
