Hi, does any one facing the similar issues that there are some light yellow glow on the edge of the iPad Pro screen? 2020 12.9 inch, turn tone off, night shift off, very obvious when read on white background pages.
so I drop it at Apple for testing, got a exchanged one, even worse
anyone has the same exercise?

Hi, i went to apple store for this 2 months ago, they didn’t verify the problem at the Genius Bar, but the test they did after take the iPad in did confirm the problem, but they never told me what was the issue, so I got a replaced iPad, however the replacement has the exactly same issue and even worse, i found this problem when I was picking up the device, so I immediately rejected that replacement asked for a different replacement. And now honestly my eyes can’t tell if it’s still yellow ish or not, like I have been starting and focusing on this issue for too long :D
I took my 2018 iPad Pro to the Genius Bar a couple months ago for this same problem. My warranty expired and wasn’t given any helpful solution to this issue. The technician didn’t seem to have any idea what was causing the yellow edges, so now I’m stuck. I haven’t dropped it or gotten it wet. This problem seemed to pop up overnight. The discolored areas seem to go along every edge and intensify ti a yellow-orange the longer my screen is on... I believe it’s generally gotten worse over time, also. Were you able to come to a solution with this?
You’re preaching to the choir! lol Luckily, you have Apple care so you could get a replacement (or two!) Thanks for the info. Makes me feel a little less insane. I was truly shocked when they told me they didn’t offer any repair services whatsoever for iPad. I was told could buy a new one at a discount for $700 or I could try to sell it...🙄 Keep that warranty going as long as possible because you’re seriously screwed without it. Take it easy!
