iPhone 7 recall for A1660
Do I need to return this iPhone because it’s defective ? It has never been opened and I bought it online from Walmart

I only know what is stated in the document. I do not work for Apple, I just read their documents. :-)
It does say "If your device exhibits the symptom described above, Apple will repair your device, free of charge. " and only a small % were affected. So there's probably a good chance you won't have problems but as long as the program runs they should make good on it. Note, however, that once a device turns vintage after 5 years they won't guarantee support.
Can I use this phone and it’ll work right? It’s not opened still in its original package
You have an iPhone 7 that is new in the box?
