why is it taking so long to reset my phone

i sent a copy of the receipt. why havent i received instructions on what to do next.

Hmm, "reset my phone" ??? Please provide more detail.

If your phone won't turn on, try this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
