Why new memoji/animoji didnt work on my ipad mini 4?
My ipad mini 4 was already upgrade to ios 14.4 (specification WIFI only no sim card). But seems cant use new memoji/animoji. May i know why? How to fix this?

Memoji and Animoji Stickers, for iPads that can run iPadOS, requires an iPad that has an A9 CPU or greater. The iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 4 models ONLY have A8X and A8 CPUs, respectively, and are ineligible from getting the Memoji Sticker feature of iPadOS.
Also animojis need an iPad with the more sophisticated tru-depth FaceID camera only found in the newest, higher end iPhones and newest high end iPad Pro models.
For very good, third party Memoji apps for yout iPad model, I recommend either Emoji Me or Your Avatar Creator.
