Possible security breach
I received a phone call from someone with a foreign accent saying that my apple cloud information was being breached and persons from Russia and the Ukraine were attempting to get into my cloud and get my personal information. They said I could fix the problem myself and they would walk me through it. I felt very uncomfortable and him so. He became irritated and I told him I was not able to do it at that time and asked him to email me the info and he said after we finished I would get an email. Would Apple contact you in that way if your cloud info was in jeopardy? I tried to call the number back and it just said this office is now closed please call back. It didn’t say anything about Apple. Has anyone else experienced this?
