Recently Airdrop has failed to transmit. I can see my phone/computer, but files refuse to transmit. the settings are to contacts only (no change) and it was working.

I can see my phone/computer, but files refuse to transmit. The settings are to contacts only (no change) and it was working. I have gone back therough the setup, with no success, so what do I do now?

Hi NielsenJS!

try to use the "everyone" option, and make sure that both devices connected on the same wifi network, and both devices turned on Bluetooth,

and if it worked after that, so you don't have any software or hardware problem

After a reboot and sync, set to everyone. what I am seeing is two icon for the same device. One that I am used to, but does not connect and another blank icon that airdrop works on.
