Hello kvr0m_21,

Is it the case that you have this app turned on in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage? If so, check out "Choose which apps to back up on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in Manage your iCloud storage. Unselecting iCloud does not remove the app from your iPhone but it does stop it from backing up in iCloud.

Also, check out information from the developer Call of Duty: Mobile on how this works with your data and contact them directly with any specific questions about the app Support Options | Activision or you can use the steps in How to contact an app developer.

Hope this information helps.

Have a good day.
