Abnormality in Charging the IPhone 11

i am new to this community please pardon me if I did any mistakes in posting the issue.

i have been facing few issues with the charging of my device. When my plug in my mobile to . The charging will automatically gets stopped at around 60-70%. I had to re plug the charging pin again to continue the charging . Is this a feature of Optimized charging or some sort of bug?
