Want to get my money back

Hello! I want to get my money back because they were withdrawn from my card by mistake. I haven't purchased any payments or subscriptions on apps, I don't know why this money were withdrawn. I can't take support from my counrty(Kazakhstan). What should I do?

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

You may want to go here as well - If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement

There are nothing in purchase history, so it doesnt work. No one from my family also got my card linked with their AppleID. How can I get support from Apple?
