hi,

ive managed to restore my iphone to an earlier date by plugging into pc, most of contacts are not saved can i put it back ?

Normally, if iCloud > Contacts is enabled in your Settings, it's not part of a backup.

It seems your older backup do not have the contacts.

You have to add them back manually.
