My espn app on my apple watch won't open

My espn app on my apple watch won't open. I have uninstalled it on both my phone and my apple watch, then reinstalled it and logged in on my phone. The app on the watch keeps telling me to log in to my app on the phone which I have multiple times. I am at my witts end, please help! I want my scores, for baseball.

Apple Watch and ESPN App ESPN App will not launch on my Apple Watch. Have tried restarting device, turning off slider on the ESPN page of the Apple Watch on iPhone, reinstall app; Nothing works. When you click on ESPN app on the watch, it just blinks and goes back to main screen.
