How to remove contacts from favorites on iphone

Open the Phone app. Tap on Favorites in the lower left corner to access your favorites. Swipe from right the left across the favorite that you want to delete. You can also tap the Edit button at the tops right and tap the red circle next to the contact that you want to remove from favorites.
