Recently, an event has shown up in my calendar which looks like an advertisement of making money rather than an event. I don’t know how to delete it or how to get rid of it. Because It also has a risky hacking link in it.
iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
Open Calendar App from the Home screen.
Next, tap the Calendars button at the bottom.
You should now notice a section called On My iPhone with several suspicious calendars listed below it. ...
Tap on the i button next to the suspicious calendar.
Now, tap on Delete Calendar.
