How can I stop MBP from asking for password when waking up?

MBP with Catalina has begun requiring my password every single time when simply waking up computer from Sleep mode!

How to stop this requirement??!!

Check the "Require password" setting… System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General.

iMac stopped requiring a password after startup iMac (27 inch 2013 macOS Catalina) has stopped requiring a password after startup or restart. It starts up and can be used without a password. However, if awaken from sleep it requires the password. I would like my password protection back after startup. Any ideas?
