iPhone 12 Pro exchange

Hello,

I recently bought a 128GB iPhone 12 pro pacific blue on 3/3/2021 as a gift. But only to find out that she had bought one herself.

I have 2 questions:

1) I read the returns policy, it is stated that there will be a 15% restocking fee. Does that mean upon returning the phone, I will only receive 85% the price I paid?

2) Am I able to exchange this iPhone for a MacBook? Will I still be subjected to the restocking fee?

Exchange I bought the iphone 11 pro max a few days ago. At the store, no phones were on display because of looting, so i was not actually able to get a visual of the options. I didn’t actually see the phone until i got home to set it up to program. I wanted the 11 pro, but i was told it was small.
